There are several stakeholders engaged in each port call. We will guarantee that cargo activities do not interfere with the interests of the ship owner as your protective agent.

SafeWin, as part of a protective agency service assignment, will:

Acknowledge the appointment by providing correct anticipated port expenses, port and berth details, and the vessel's scheduled timetable.
We can appoint and position the charterer's agent in funds at your request in order to control spending and guarantee port charges are kept to a minimum.
We can regulate all reporting so that the charterer's agents exclusively report to us, allowing us to verify the veracity of the information and communicate it to the appropriate people.
We will undertake berth inspections on a regular basis to check that all standards are met and that the charterer's agents are satisfying the owner's obligations.
We can facilitate clearance and delivery of replacement components, as well as any staff changes.
We can also arrange for shore labour to assist with vessel operations.
